My Trips and Expenses Quicklink

In portal ESS overview page under Travel & expenses section for quicklinks i can see only Create Expense Report and My trips and Expenses

quick  link is not displaying . We are using Web Dynpro ABAP application for My trips and expenses which calls FITV_POWL_TRIPS WD component.

In Q nd PROD systems My trips and Expenses is dusplaying under quick links and i compared the config between Q and Dev config both are same. I am

not sure what config is differen od do i need to change any config in backend . If i run the application FITV_POWL_TRIPS from backend the page is getting displayed.
