Hi Fred,

If PA PSA does not exist for employee, it is expected you have same tax authority to be proposed as that comes from IT0006 for employee for IT0208.

For this you will need to have your P10TL feature for decision condition for PA/PSA for RWIND to call V with return value as 1 (IT0006 Permanent address) instead of W as it would now read work tax area for IT0208 as IT0006 i.e. same as RWIND indicator R.
